TEMPERATURE AND WIND SPEED.
TO USE THIS CHART...LOCATE THE TEMPERATURE ALONG THE LEFT-HAND COLUMN
AND THE WIND SPEED ACROSS THE TOP ROW. THE WIND CHILL INDEX IS FOUND
AT THE INTERSECTION OF THE TWO.
FOR EXAMPLE: SUPPOSE YOU HAVE A TEMPERATURE OF 20 DEGREES AND A WIND
SPEED OF 15 MPH. MOVING TO THE RIGHT ALONG THE 20 DEGREE ROW TO WHERE
THE 15 MPH COLUMN INTERSECTS...A WIND CHILL OF -5 DEGREES IS INDICATED.
